These terms cover what you may do here, what we do in return and where our responsibility ends.
SEOBacklinkList (the operator, "we") runs a marketplace where users buy individual backlinks on third-party websites. Using the site means you accept these terms.
You must be able to enter a binding contract, and you must give true information about yourself and your websites.
Read the guides as editorial opinion. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and every example in them is marked as an example.
Prices are shown per row and range from $1 to about $500. Simple. You fill a basket, which does not charge, and an order is placed when you pay from your balance, which is topped up in the dashboard.
Delivery is usually about 24 hours after payment, but it is an estimate. Publishers approve placements, and a placement may be declined or delayed.
Placements are intended to be permanent and dofollow. If a link is removed or changed contrary to the order, tell us through your account page, and we will review it case by case.
Each case differs. A problem with a paid placement goes through your account page, and it is looked at on its own facts, since the publisher may already have done the work.
We do not promise rankings, traffic or that Google will count any link. Google's spam policies may treat paid links that pass credit as a link scheme. You decide what to buy and you carry the risk.
You are responsible for the pages you link to and for any prompt or article you supply. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, hateful or malware-related sites.
We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules. Automated or API access must use your own key and stay within reasonable rates.
Publishers who sell links through us must disclose paid content as the law of their country requires and approve every placement themselves.
Do not resell access to the marketplace under another name without our written agreement.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
We may change the service or these terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go through your account page.
